JEWELRY CARE
Gold bonded jewelry lasts longer than most gold plated, vermeil, or gold dipped designs because of the layering process. Often Rhodium, a very expensive noble and precious metal, is used to bond and protect sterling silver pieces. In order to keep it all looking new put any jewels on last after all make up, perfume, and hairspray has been applied. At the end of the day, remove jewelry and wipe down with a soft cloth before storing in your jewelry box. While most are waterproof or water resistant, avoid harsh chemicals from pools/spas as well as heat from tanning beds or UV light at salons just to be safe. Never store jewelry loose in a purse to avoid scratches or prong damage. To remove dullness from contact with makeup, food, hairspray, etc., use a mild dish soap and soft toothbrush then pat dry.

For a limited time, enjoy $5.50 Flat Rate standard shipping anywhere in the U.S. including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Shipping is free on orders $75 and above.
DELIVERY
90% of the time, orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Years will always take just a little longer to get out due to the sheer volume of orders. Regional weather events may delay delivery. Supercute has no control over this. We thank you in advance for understanding. To deliver your favorite products, we have partnered with the most reliable carriers. We are ready to entrust them with your orders and assist with tracking if something goes wrong. Flat Rate standard shipping is valid in the U.S. only with the duration at the discretion of Supercute. Shipping costs are not refundable. Shipments outside the U.S. will be at the client’s expense including import duties/customs fees. If an order is undeliverable and returned to the U.S. because incorrect address info was provided with the order, we can repack and reship for the original shipping fee. If Supercute made the mistake we will reship at no cost. In either event, the customs fees will be the responsibility of our client.
RETURNS
We will be happy to assist you with eligible returns providing instructions and the warehouse address. An eligible return is a damage in transit or defective product. We try to screen for quality before shipping but sometimes do not catch 100% of defective items from our vendors. We will gladly make it right. Please send us an email including pics or video of damage or defect so we can discuss a replacement at no cost, no shipping fees. Any “Gift With Purchase” has no retail value and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. There are otherwise no refunds for any purchase.
